In the automated workflow of CNC machine tools, the automatic material exchange component is key to achieving efficient material circulation. Its optimized design can significantly enhance the continuity and efficiency of machine tool processing. The gripper equipped with this component adopts a double-claw structure (Double claw structure X2), and the two claws maintain an equal distance from the machine tool fixture. This layout design enables it to complete the loading and unloading of materials in one go, eliminating the time cost of multiple round-trip operations, significantly improving material exchange efficiency, and meeting the rhythm requirements of continuous CNC machine tool processing.

From the perspective of gripping function, the gripper has dual gripping capabilities: on the one hand, it uses an external grip method (External grip) to stably clamp the large end of the material, ensuring that the material does not easily shift during the gripping process; on the other hand, it uses an external clamping structure to accurately fix the small end of the material (Outer clip small head), further enhancing the stability of material clamping. This design of dual-claw collaboration and end-specific clamping not only adapts to materials of different sizes but also completes the stable gripping and transfer of materials in a single material exchange process (single-pass material exchange). It effectively reduces errors during material exchange, ensures subsequent processing accuracy, and provides strong support for the efficient advancement of CNC machine tool automated production.
