In the automated production of CNC machine tools, the loading and unloading bin is a core component that ensures continuous material supply and improves processing efficiency. This set of automated loading and unloading bin systems integrates precise positioning design and reasonable capacity planning to support the efficient operation of production lines.

The core bin of the system adopts a narrowing structural design and is equipped with a V-block positioning device at the end, which can accurately fix the position of materials and prevent material deviation from affecting the subsequent loading accuracy. The storage capacity of a single bin is approximately 60 pieces, meeting the material needs of small and medium-batch continuous production. The upper bin further optimizes the material channel layout, with 4 rows of independent material channels, and also uses end V-block positioning to enhance stability. Its material storage quantity exceeds 30 pieces, enabling flexible adaptation to the classified storage of materials of different specifications.

The main line conveying link is equipped with a standardized chain plate conveyor, which features stable conveying and strong compatibility. It can be seamlessly connected with the loading and unloading bins to ensure efficient material circulation (adaptive interfaces can be reserved in the early stage). For mixed product management, the system is equipped with a mixed product discharge line with a storage capacity of 15 pieces. After the implementation of the subsequent Phase II, it can realize the orderly discharge and sorting of multi-category products, further expanding the material handling capacity of the production line.
