Both axes use P-grade high-rigidity linear guideways combined with precision ball-screw drives, achieving rapid traverse speeds of up to 24 m/min to significantly reduce non-cutting time.
The 8-station high-pressure servo turret features a three-piece face-gear structure, servo-driven with hydraulic automatic clamping. It provides high repeat positioning accuracy, fast tool change, and strong capability for heavy-duty cutting. High-pressure coolant can reach up to 70 kg, and the pump does not need to stop during tool changes, ensuring zero leakage.
