Automatic hobbing creates more effcient processing and lower production costs. They can process various gears, cylindrical gears,sprockets, pulleys, worm gears etc.

Ⅰ. A-axis can rotate ±45° in both directions, suitable for machining large helix angle helical gears;

Ⅱ. B-axis is driven by a direct-drive motor, providing high speed and cutting force, with a hydraulic tool holder enabling rapid tool change;

Ⅲ.C-axis features a high-precision, high-torque direct-drive motor directly driving the worktable, ensuring indexing accuracy and strong machining power;

Ⅳ. X and Z axes use servo motors with preloaded precision ball screws, supported by high-precision, high-rigidity bearings, and employ square hard rail guides;
