Product Details

Dual station induction heat treatment for outer race inner cavities and splines, with Siemens 828D for full automation and real time monitoring. Equipped with a stainless steel loading conveyor driven by an AC motor, the machine features a dual-station layout for independent heating of inner cavities and splines, After precise positioning of the workpiece end face, The inner cavity heating uses a three jaw gripper to clamp the outer race shank, with heating and cooling of the inner cavity.

It supports workpieces with a max height of 260 and a diameter range of 25–130.The workpiece is transferred by a linear moving manipulator. During spline heating, the workpiece rotates while being clamped between a lower tray and upper center, followed by rapid cooling and spray cooling.

After heating, the built-in laser marking system prints ID codes on the housing to identify parts. During batch product testing, the machine ran stably. Induction heating is the best heat treatment method to improve the surface hardness, strength, and wear resistance of metal parts.


Product Advantages

Ⅰ. The machine tool control system uses the Siemens 828D CNC system. It is responsible for program input, control, and monitoring of the machine tool, cooling system, and quenching power supply.  

Ⅱ. The machine tool is equipped with an anti-collision sensor function during operation.  

Ⅲ. A length detection device is installed on the upper center (spline quenching station).

Ⅳ. The moving and guiding components within the quenching zone of the machine tool are protected by safety measures or corrosion-resistant materials.  

Ⅴ. The exterior surfaces of the machine tool are painted according to the color specifications designated by the client, except for stainless steel components.  

Ⅵ. Flow switches are installed on the return water lines of the sensors and transformers to monitor the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water in real time. Alarms are triggered and the system is shut down for protection if limits are exceeded.
